Full Logs
In order to keep the wood in the highest possible quality, full logs should be ordered for harvest between July and September. Allowing sinker logs to sit out of water for long periods of time without milling or proper drying can cause degrade of the wood.
Full logs will be available mostly on a custom order basis. Most logs seem to be in the 16' to 30' length range. For the purpose of easier handling, transportation and processing we most often cut long logs shorter. Logs can be left in their full length state if ordered to that specification.
Logs can be custom milled to meet clients requirements.
Since no warrantees of condition are offered on full logs it is recommended that they be inspected before pick up.
